Recipe of cookies with pieces of chocolate!! So easy!!

Here is my recipe of cookies with pieces of chocolate, so good, so easy, so, but so so quick to eat... they won't stay long at home...




- Firs of all, you have to put your oven toheat up to 170ºC
- Then, melt down the butter, but tenderly, because it's very important not to burn it
- Mix the liquid butter with the two kinds of sugar till you obtain a nice dough
- Then put the egg and less than a little spoon of vanilla
- Then, still mixing, put the flour.
- And finally (that's the best part!) put the pieces of chocolate!
- You are now front of a big big cookie! All you have to do is to take pieces of dough and form the little cookies (great for children), and then put in the oven.

I don't give a time for the cooking, you'll have to watch because it really depends of each oven. It has to be crunchy arond and soft inside.... the best way to know is eating some...
